TurboIIS |
| IIS6 Multiple Instances Application Sharing |
TurboIIS supports the technology of IIS 6 which allows multiple applications
to run in an isolated manner. This prevents the crash of one program from affecting the other running programs. TurboIIS
is able to use one single cache for all of the various instances that are running, preventing redundant access to the database. |
| Image Downsampling |
If activated, this feature will compress jpg files at a certain default level. This lossy compression will reduce their file size dramatically with minimal loss
in quality. The compression level can be customized and saved for specified images on your site. For example, you may want your logo to be compressed only slightly to achieve the highest quality possible for that image, while other, larger and less important images can be
downsampled further. |
| TurboCache |
If activated, permits override of redundant
dynamic page rendering, reducing CPU and database workload. With this
feature enabled, the server is able to process up to 10 times more requests . |
| Cluster Synchronization |
Using TurboIIS in a cluster environment, all the
instances are handled as a single one. |
| Cache to Disk Swap |
Combined with the Dynamic Memory Allocator, allows
further reduction of the number of pages actually processed by the compression
engine. |
| Dynamic Memory Allocation |
It
allows the system to suit the server on which it's installed exploiting
the available resources. The rate of resources is dynamic and adaptive. |
| Overload and Deadlock Control |
TurboIIS adjusts the level of compression dynamically according to CPU usage. When resources are fewer, compression decreases preventing an overload of the server. |
| Multilevel Compression System |
Different compression levels to always produce
a reduced content even for a heavy load. |
| Useless Content Remover |
It allows for further reduction of the content data
of 10~30%. Removing comments will also increase security. |
